Business Development, Talent Recruiting and Research Analyst Internship Programs

 

Eligibility: Associate Degree, Undergraduate, and Graduate Students

Academic Credit: Eligible for up to 3 credit hours through participating colleges and universities, subject to institutional approval.

Good Ventures offers a structured, paid Business Development internship designed to bridge education and workforce entry through real business experience, professional training, and career development. Unlike traditional internships, the program is focused on workforce readiness, employment outcomes, and long-term career success.

​

All internships are paid W-2 positions that combine hands-on business development work with professional education and mentorship. Interns have the opportunity to support initiatives for Good Ventures, Good Ventures affiliate companies, and external clients and partners, providing broad exposure across industries, business models, and growth strategies.

Four-Phase Program

​

Phase I: Spring Onboarding & Education
Professional onboarding, company training, and business development curriculum.

Phase II: Summer Immersion
Work directly on live business development initiatives while continuing structured learning.

Phase III: Fall Independent Work
Project ownership, independent execution, and continued professional development.

Phase IV: Career Assistance
Job search support (as needed and desired)

Career Outcomes

​

Participants gain practical experience, professional skills, and workforce connections that support careers in business development, sales, client success, partnerships, workforce development, and growth-focused roles.

Internship Immersion creates a direct pathway from education to employment by combining paid work experience, structured learning, workforce readiness training, academic credit opportunities, and career-entry support into one integrated program.
