Gerald Turner is a business builder and growth strategist whose career has been defined by identifying opportunities, creating partnerships, and helping organizations scale. Throughout his professional journey, Gerald has combined business development, project management, and entrepreneurial leadership to launch ventures, support clients, and drive growth across multiple industries.

Since 2009, Gerald has been involved in the creation and development of several business initiatives spanning construction, licensed sports apparel, workforce development, professional services, and real estate-related projects. One of his earliest ventures was an innovative apparel concept that evolved into what is now Gelco Textiles, a B2B apparel company serving the imprintable apparel market. In 2012, the company's patented apparel innovation was recognized by Apparel Magazine as one of the industry's Top Innovators, alongside several nationally recognized brands. From 2016 through the present, Gerald expanded his focus into real estate development and construction as a General Contractor and business development leader, supporting projects and clients across commercial construction, hospitality, utilities, restaurants, residential development, and investment-related ventures.

As his portfolio of ventures expanded, Gerald recognized an opportunity to bring these experiences together under a single platform.
